Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for consulting services provided by Parneth Forge Ltd. It should be read together with your engagement agreement, which always takes precedence where there is any difference.

1. Discovery calls

Initial discovery calls are provided at no cost, so no payment or refund applies.

2. Fixed-scope engagements

For fixed-scope engagements (such as our Clarity Sprint), fees are typically payable in advance. If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, you may request a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

3. Retainer engagements

Monthly retainers (such as our Growth Partner package) are billed per period. You may cancel with the notice stated in your agreement. Fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun, as resources are reserved for you.

4. Transformation programmes

Larger programmes are governed by milestone-based terms set out in the engagement agreement, including any cancellation and refund provisions.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your engagement details. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and to process approved refunds promptly to the original payment method.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
